Terms of Service

By accessing or using CreatorMix Digital (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CreatorMix Digital provides browser-based audio and video tools for creators, such as mixing tracks, crossfading, converting formats, and building videos. The tools run in your web browser; your media files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

• Core tools are free to use.
• Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks features such as batch processing, ad-free use, watermark-free exports, and higher limits. Pricing is shown at checkout.
• Payments, renewals, and taxes are handled by our payments provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's policies.

You are solely responsible for the files you process and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. You agree not to use the Service to infringe copyright or other rights, to process unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service.

You retain all rights to the files you process; because they never leave your device, we claim no rights to them. The CreatorMix Digital software, brand, and website content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because processing happens in your browser, results depend on your device and browser, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorMix Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

The Service relies on third parties (including Google, Lemon Squeezy, and Vercel). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
