Privacy Policy

CreatorMix Digital's audio and video tools run entirely in your web browser using WebAssembly. The media files you open are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not receive, store, or have any access to the content of the files you edit, convert, or mix.

• Account information. If you sign in with Google to purchase or use Pro, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture) from Google. We use this only to identify your account and to check whether it has an active subscription.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by our payments provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your card or bank details. We look up your subscription status using your email address.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and aggregated. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
• Advertising. On some pages we may show ads via Google AdSense to visitors who are not Pro subscribers. Google may use cookies to serve and measure ads. See Google's advertising policies. Pro subscribers never see ads.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically record standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the service.
• To verify your Pro subscription and unlock paid features.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the tools.
• To respond to your questions or support requests.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service: Google (sign-in and, where enabled, advertising), Lemon Squeezy (payments and tax), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

When you sign in, we use a single secure session cookie to keep you logged in. Our analytics do not use cookies. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may set cookies for non-subscribers as described above. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep account-related information only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Subscription and payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at tmdals999@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

CreatorMix Digital is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

CreatorMix Digital is available worldwide. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed by our providers in countries other than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
