Can I change the waveform color?
Not yet — it renders white for contrast on dark backgrounds. Custom colors and styles are on the roadmap.
Does the waveform actually react to the music, or is it a preset animation?
It's generated from your track's own amplitude data, so the shape rises and falls with the real audio — loud choruses spread the waveform wide, quiet intros flatten it. The motion is locked to playback, not a looping template dropped over the sound.
How long does rendering take, and why?
The MP4 is encoded on your own device with in-browser FFmpeg, so expect roughly the length of the song or a bit more, and longer at higher resolutions or for tracks past a few minutes. There's no server queue — the speed just depends on your machine.
Is my track uploaded anywhere while it renders?
No. The audio, the optional background image, and the finished video all stay inside your browser tab — nothing is sent to a server, which is why an unreleased track is safe to drop in.
