Which fill style should I pick?
Blurred background is the safe default — the full frame stays visible with a soft blur filling the top and bottom, which is what most music and podcast clips use. Crop fills the screen completely but cuts the sides; black bars keep everything with hard edges.
Is there a watermark?
No. The export is a clean 1080×1920 H.264 MP4 with AAC audio, ready to upload to Shorts, Reels, or TikTok directly.
Why do most creators use the blurred background instead of cropping?
